Diversity Edge Magazine is a national, quarterly publication of BB&B Enterprises LLC. We are committed to addressing issues in diversity pertaining to career, business and personal finance. We strive to highlight the positive efforts that promote workforce and supplier diversity in Corporate America.

The editorial content of Diversity Edge Magazine appeals to the members of our target audience, i.e. diverse corporate professionals and business owners. Our editorial content is designed to expose corporate professionals to new career opportunities, to increase the visibility of entrepreneurs, and to generally promote the economic advancement and wealth creation of our readers.

 

Demographics

Our readers have a unique demographic appeal as well as a growing need for relatable diversity focused information. Our subscribers have very favorable demographic characteristics including above average household incomes and education levels, professional oriented occupations and successful business owners.

 

About the Editor

Kizzie Bozeman Brown, MBA, co-founded Diversity Edge Magazine. As Editor in Chief, she is responsible for the content and editorial direction of the publication. Prior to co-founding Diversity Edge, Mrs. Brown spent her career in the financial services industry committed to educating the minority and other underserved populations about the steps necessary to achieve economic empowerment and financial freedom.

Mrs. Brown is a very active member of her community, with a special emphasis on promoting economic development in the minority community. To this end, she is an active member of the economic development committee of the Columbia, MD Alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc. In this role, she develops programs to support the Sorority and the community on topics such as financial planning, credit and debt management, tax planning, home ownership and real estate investing. Mrs. Brown is an active member of Union Bethel A.M.E. church where she serves as a member of the Stewardess Board, the Commission on Stewardship and Finance and the Investment Committee.

Mrs. Brown has a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University.
