Diversity Edge Magazine strives to highlight the advantages of having a diverse workforce and utilizing diverse suppliers in Corporate America. In an ongoing effort to recognize the achievements of individuals, Diversity Edge Magazine includes articles focused on success stories about people.

As part of this continuing effort, Diversity Edge Magazine will present its Top 20 D.E. Diversity Champions list. This annual feature will highlight 20 individuals that have made a difference in furthering the cause of diversity.

The Top 20 D.E. Diversity Champions list will be comprised of diversity leaders in such as: influential leaders and members of diversity related professional organizations who have impacted diversity in a particular industry; Chief Diversity Officers and other corporate officers that touch diversity; community and political leaders who have made strides to increase diversity in Corporate America from their leadership positions in government; and thought leaders who drive the research and development that  create and support the business case for diversity.

We will highlight each of these diversity leaders and the work that they have contributed to the evolution and growth of diversity in Corporate America. We will also explore the factors that have been the keys to their success.

•   Supplier Diversity Spotlight – In every issue, a company that has excelled in the area of supplier diversity is profiled. This story includes comments from the supplier diversity officer as well as a success story of a diverse business owner who has benefited from the supplier diversity program.

•   Diversity Trends – This regular feature shares the new trends in diversity as recognized and highlighted by diversity thought leaders.
